WOMAN DUMDED HER BABY IN EDO

Early hours of this morning after a heavy down pour (rain fall),this baby was found dumbed inside uncompleted building beside a busy road inside Benin city in Edo state,Baby was found shivering and the towel was soaked because of the heavy rain that fail through out the night.
